- Every Keepsake made through Beyond Love Creations comes with a care instructions card. an impregnated polishing cloth to keep your jewellery looking brand new
- Each piece comes with a handwritten and personalized note tucked away safely in a soft pink velvet pouch alongside your loved one's remains or inclusions
- Your jewellery will be safely and securely packaged in a beautiful box which is delicately wrapped in layers of soft white tissues paper for safe traveling
- Free and complimentary polishing and inspections once a year
- If there is ever a fault with a stone or your piece gets scratched please send it back and we can assess this promptly
